Guidelines & prohibited content
StayToEnjoy is meant to be a safe and fair space for social interaction, offers, services and digital business models. Content or behaviour that violates our rules or applicable law can be restricted, removed or handled with other appropriate measures.
Examples of prohibited content or behaviour
- Hate speech, discrimination, targeted harassment or intimidation
- Glorification of violence, threats or calls for unlawful behaviour
- Deceptive, fraudulent or misleading content and offers
- Violations of copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights
- Distribution of malware, phishing or comparable abusive content
- Publication of personal or private information without sufficient authorisation

- Unlawful goods, content or services
- Counterfeit or misleadingly presented products
- Offers that violate applicable safety, consumer or youth protection requirements
- Content or products whose distribution or sale is subject to legal restrictions and which are not offered lawfully
Review, reporting and measures
Notices and reports
Users and providers can submit conspicuous content, profiles, offers or other matters to us via the available reporting channels. Such notices help us detect risks and review cases.
Internal assessment
Incoming reports and safety-related notices are reviewed depending on type, severity and available information. In doing so, we consider our platform rules, internal processes and - where applicable - legal requirements.
Possible measures
Depending on the outcome of the review, content can be restricted or removed, visibility adjusted, features limited or accounts temporarily or permanently restricted. Not every report automatically leads to a measure.

Responsibility on the platform
StayToEnjoy provides the technical infrastructure for social interaction, digital visibility, offers, bookings and further platform features. Providers and users generally remain responsible themselves for their respective content, information, services and legal obligations.
Youth protection
The protection of children and young people has a high priority on StayToEnjoy. Content, features and access can be restricted or specially protected depending on age, area and risk profile.
- Increased age requirements apply to certain areas and especially commerce features.
- Content that endangers minors, is inadmissible or particularly sensitive can be restricted, removed or blocked.
- Serious safety-related violations can be forwarded to the competent authorities where a legal basis exists.
