Trust & Safety
Report content
Help us keep StayToEnjoy safe and fair. If content, profiles, offers or behaviour violate our guidelines or applicable law, you can report them.
What can I report?
You can report content, user profiles, offers, comments and other activities if they violate our community guidelines, our platform rules or applicable law. Depending on the area of the platform, suitable reporting reasons are available.
Hate speech & discrimination
Content that attacks, degrades or excludes people or groups on the basis of origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
Violence & threats
Depictions of violence, direct or indirect threats as well as content calling for dangerous or violent behaviour.
Explicit or inadmissible content
Sexually explicit content, content endangering minors or otherwise inadmissible content, especially if distributed without consent or in violation of applicable rules.
Fraud, deception & spam
Misleading offers, phishing attempts, fake profiles, abusive advertising, repeated spam messages or other deceptive practices.
Copyright & rights violations
The use or distribution of images, texts, trademarks, videos or other protected content without the required rights or permission.
Privacy & personality rights violations
The publication of personal data, private information, images or other content without consent or another legal basis.
How do I report content?
Directly on the platform
Use the three-dot menu (⋯) on posts, profiles, offers, comments or other content and select "Report". You can then choose a suitable reporting reason and - where provided - add further details.
Via our support contact
If you can no longer access the content in question directly or the case is more complex, contact us at support@staytoenjoy.com. Tell us as precisely as possible what it is about and attach links, screenshots or other relevant details where available.
For legal reports
For copyright reports, personality rights violations or other legally sensitive cases you can contact legal@staytoenjoy.com. Please provide all required information so that we can review and correctly classify the case.
What happens after a report?
Report received
Your report is recorded and taken into account for further review. Depending on the reporting channel and the case, a confirmation may be sent.
Review
Our team assesses the reported content or case based on our guidelines, internal processes and - where relevant - applicable law.
Possible measures
Depending on severity, content can be restricted or removed, features limited or accounts temporarily or permanently restricted.
Feedback
Where possible and permissible under data protection law, we inform you about the outcome or completion of the review.
Processing times
We prioritise reports by risk, severity and urgency. Particularly sensitive cases can be treated with priority. The actual processing time depends, among other things, on the complexity of the case, the availability of relevant information and possible legal requirements.
- Acute safety or endangerment situations are reviewed with increased priority.
- Legal reports may require additional information or evidence.
- Not every report automatically leads to a measure.
- Feedback is only provided where organisationally possible and permissible under data protection law.
Abuse of the reporting system
Reports serve to protect the platform and its users. A report alone does not automatically lead to sanctions. Measures are only taken after review and classification of the respective case.
